Conference deadlines

• 31 May 2026: abstract submission (max 300 words)

• 31 July 2026: early bird reduced accreditation fees (see below)

•  From 1 August 2026: regular accreditation fees (20 euros on top of the pertinent early bird fee)

• 20 September 2026: short paper (4 - 6 pages) submission, only for those who wish to be published in the conference Book of short papers (with DOI and ISSN).

Accreditation fees are requested to at least one of the authors of each contribution (abstract and/or short paper) and for any participant to the conference.
